Cooling-Off Period: From the day you receive the artwork, you have 7 days to decide whether to keep the item. Should you choose not to retain it, you may apply for a return within this period. [Note: Due to the uniqueness of each artwork, we do not offer exchanges.]

Condition of Artwork: Returned artwork must be in its original condition, free from any hanging, display, or wear and tear. All packaging materials, certificates, and accessories must also be intact and undamaged.

Customized Pieces: Artworks customized and created according to customer specifications are not eligible for return, except in cases of quality issues or damage during transit.

Return Request: If you wish to return an artwork, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt, stating the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to the artwork being damaged or not as described.

Inspection of Return: Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the condition of the artwork. A refund will be processed only if the artwork is in its original condition.

Refund: Once the return is approved after inspection, we will issue a refund within 14 working days. Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Reporting Damage: If the artwork is damaged during transit or does not match the description on the website, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with evidence of the damage (e.g., photos).

Resolution: For artworks that are damaged or not as described, we will offer a full refund or a replacement option.
